Fish & Wine

As a starter, we serve salmon tartare on horseradish foam , accompanied by a glass of Muscat Ottonel sparkling wine. ♦ This is followed by a fish soup from the lake made with catfish, pike-perch & carp, accompanied by our 2024 Welschriesling. ♦ For the main course, we serve a catfish fillet in puff pastry on grilled vegetables with dill sauce . The whole thing underscored by our RW 2021, a cuvée of Merlot, Cabernet & Blaufränkisch ♦ To finish, there is baked rice pudding on a fruit coulis with a glass of delicious Müller Thurgau Spätlese 2018.
