Wideness, Softness and Diversity
My approach in wingrowing is to preserve and cultivate the characteristic grapes of our region around the Lake Neusiedl and capture its nature in a bottle of wine. The unique combination of insolation, soil and the lakes' influence bears wines of outstanding quality. Every sip opens all winelovers the potential of the Neusiedl area. You seem to feel the 300 sunny days a year which brought my grapes to perfect maturity level.
Vinification
I have ambitious aims. The delicate handling and gentle processing of the grapes as well as the exactly fitting fermentation process are essential for me. The vinification is of course the central point. Due to coordinated storage and maturation autochtone wines of perfect structure and personality are developed. The taste of Bugenland is in every of my wines.

GAUDIUM VINUM GALOS!
For the 10th anniversary of the Pannonische Weingaertner 2007 the winemakers had the vision to present a special wine label that shows all of their know-how. GAUDIUM VINUM GALOS translates as "enjoy the wine of Gols".
Portfolio
Quality is our highest goal to be documented by national and international awards for many of our wines. We set our focus exclusively on varieties which were always domestic in our region. Zweigelt, Blaufraenkisch, Welschriesling, Veltliner, Neuburger and Weissburgunder are our main varieties. In addition we cultivate specialties like Grauburgunder, Blauburgunder and Bouvier.
